Member invitation
A Member invitation is intended for the email address to which it was sent. You can review an invitation on Free, Pro Lite, or Pro, but the club's separate membership terms determine access. Its offer can differ from public enrollment options.
Before you begin
- Have the invitation link and access to the invited email address.
- Sign in with that address, or create an account for it and confirm the email when required.
- Review any existing club subscription before accepting a new offer.
Open your invitation
Open the invitation
Follow the personal link in your club email. When the club offers an account lookup, you can also open Member invitation.
Use the invited account
Sign in or create your GNG account with the invited email address. Confirm your email when required.
Review the offer
Read the access period, billing options, and any protected-access date shown on the page.
Activate or continue
Use the activation action for a complimentary offer, or choose Monthly or Annual and Continue to secure checkout for an offer that requires checkout.
The invitation states whether a payment method is required. Read those terms for your invitation instead of assuming every invitation works the same way.
If you cannot continue

| This invitation is invalid or expired | Ask the sender for a current invitation. |
| This invitation belongs to another email | Sign in with the invited address or contact support. |
| Your invitation is already active | Open the club portal from the provided action. |
| An active subscription prevents activation | Review your plan with support before making changes. |
| Pricing is unavailable | Contact support before continuing. |
An invitation does not automatically replace an existing active subscription. Do not repeat checkout to resolve an access problem.
