Community guidelines
This page sets out how to behave in the community chat so the rooms stay useful for everyone. It covers basic conduct, where to post different topics, and a reminder that messages are discussion, not advice. The guidelines page is informational and open to all readers. The chat it governs is a Pro feature, available to Pro members and the Platinum and Enterprise plans above Pro.

Be respectful and constructive
Treat other members with courtesy. Stay on topic for the room you are in, and keep the space constructive. Members and GNG analysts share the same space, so the same courtesy applies whether you are talking to a fellow subscriber or a member of the team.
Use the right room
Post in the room that fits your topic, whether a sector, strategy, or event room. Use threaded replies for side conversations so the main feed stays readable. Use direct messages for private, one-to-one talk.
Messages are discussion, not advice
Messages reflect personal opinions and discussion, not personalized financial advice. Nothing posted, including a message from a GNG analyst, should be treated as a recommendation to buy or sell.
Conduct that is not welcome
Conduct that harasses other members, spams the rooms, or promotes unrelated products is not welcome and may lead to removal from the space.
Outputs and how to read them
Read this page as the house rules before you start posting. It produces no figures.
Data and timing
Not applicable. These are standing expectations, not data, and they apply whenever you are in the chat.

The community guidelines page is informational and open to all readers. The chat it governs is available to Pro members and to the Platinum and Enterprise plans above Pro. Free and Pro Lite accounts do not have chat access. The current plans and what each includes are shown below.
