Saved views

Saved views let you return to a named chart setup on Free, Pro Lite, and Pro. Save the settings you want to reuse, then reopen the view with the latest available data.

Before you begin

  • Sign in and open Advanced Charting.
  • Select a company and prepare the chart settings you want to save.

Save and reopen a view

  1. Set up the chart

Choose the company, chart view, valuation measure, time window, forecast horizon, and comparison company where needed.

  2. Save the setup

Open Saved views. Under Save current view, enter a View name and select Save.

  3. Reopen the view

Open Saved views again and select the saved name. The list also shows its company symbol.

Remove a view

Select Remove beside the saved entry. Removing a view removes that saved setup.

What a saved view means

A saved view keeps chart settings. It is not a frozen copy of the prices, financial results, or estimates. Reopening it can show newer observations or revised estimates.

Drawings belong to a company and are managed with the Price drawing controls. The selected drawing tool and an unfinished Projection are not saved as part of a view.

Limits

Your account has a limit on saved views. If saving fails, read the displayed message and remove an unneeded view if the limit is reached.
