Privacy and disclosures
Three documents govern your use of GNG Research: the Privacy Policy (how your data is handled), the Disclosures (the limits and conditions of GNG research), and the Terms of Service (the agreement you accept by using the platform). This page summarizes what each one covers and links you to the full text. All three are public and available to everyone, regardless of plan.

Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy describes what information is collected, how it is used and shared, how long it is retained, the security practices in place, how international users are handled, the choices you have, and how policy changes are communicated. Disclosures
The Disclosures set out how to read GNG research and where its limits lie. The key sections are described below.

All content, ratings, models, and analytics are for information only. Nothing is a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any security. All investing carries risk, including the loss of principal, and you are responsible for your own decisions.
Data sources and accuracy
Data comes from third-party vendors, public filings, and GNG's own models. In product terms, market data and quotes come from AlphaVantage (with Nasdaq quotes delivered through AlphaVantage), and public company filings come from EDGAR, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing system. Data may be delayed, adjusted, or withdrawn, and is not guaranteed complete or error-free.
Methodologies and assumptions
Published outputs depend on documented methods and assumptions that can change as the models are refined.
Forward-looking statements
Projections and scenarios are inherently uncertain and are not guarantees of future performance.
No guarantee of availability
Access may be interrupted, and features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued.
Usage restrictions
Do not scrape, harvest, or redistribute content outside the terms of your plan.
Conflicts of interest
GNG Research and its contributors may hold positions in the securities they discuss.

Terms of Service
The Terms of Service is the agreement that governs your use of the platform. It has its own page.
Data and timing
The Disclosures page shows a "Last updated" date that reflects the date you view it. GNG may revise any of these documents to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance. Public filings (EDGAR) and third-party market data (AlphaVantage, including Nasdaq quotes delivered through AlphaVantage) feed the platform but are not guaranteed complete, timely, or error-free.
Use cases
- A member checks the Disclosures to confirm that GNG ratings are information, not personalized advice.
- A prospect reviews the Privacy Policy and Terms before subscribing.
- A member wants to know whether GNG contributors may hold positions in the names they write about (the Conflicts of Interest section says they may).
