Surveys

Surveys lets you give feedback on GNG Research. Some surveys offer a GNG credits reward.

Before you begin

Sign in and open Surveys from your profile menu, or visit Surveys. Your inbox shows surveys currently available to your account. Different accounts can receive different surveys.

Complete a survey

Choose a survey
Review its title, description, question count, estimated time, closing date, and any reward. Select Take survey.
Answer the questions
Complete every question marked with an asterisk. Review your answers before submitting.
Submit
Select Submit survey. Wait for the confirmation that your response has been recorded.

Question types

Single-choice and dropdown questions accept one answer.
Multiple-choice questions let you check multiple answers.
Rating questions use the displayed scale.
Recommendation questions explain the endpoints of their scale.
Yes/no questions use Yes or No.
Text questions accept a written response.
Ranking questions put the best option first. Use the arrows to reorder, or select Keep this order to confirm the initial order. Every option must appear once.

A required ranking is unanswered until you move an option or confirm the order.

Check completion and rewards

A successful submission displays Thank you for your feedback. If the survey includes a reward, the confirmation states that GNG credits were added to your account. Completed surveys leave your available-survey inbox.

If a survey is unavailable

A survey may have closed, may already be completed, or may not be assigned to your account. A loading error is a separate condition and offers Retry. If submission fails, read the error and correct any missing answer before submitting again.
