Outputs
The Outputs tab gathers the results produced by your workflows. Use it to reopen research without finding the original run first. Free, Pro Lite, and Pro can view outputs from their own workflows.
Before you begin
- Run a workflow that includes a report, file, chart, or email output.
- Open Workflows, then select Outputs.
Quickstart
- Find the workflow and output type you want.
- Select View to open the originating run.
- Read the report or preview, or use the file's download action.
- Save a local copy of any file you need to retain.
What it shows
The list shows Workflow, Output, Age, and Action. Wider screens also show Title. Output types use their editor names, including Saved report, PDF or Excel file, Chart image, and Email me.
The page states the period it covers. An empty list means no retained output matches the current collection, even if you have workflows that have not produced results yet.
Inputs
View opens the original run. For an available file or chart, opening it refreshes the download link when needed. If a refresh fails, read the displayed error and inspect the run.
Outputs and how to read them
A saved report displays its research content. A file or chart offers its preview or download. An email output records the email step's result. Check the step status when you need to confirm whether it completed or was skipped.
Data and timing
Outputs reflect their originating run, including its data and instructions. Opening an output does not perform new analysis. Retention and download availability are limited; refreshing a link does not restore a file that is no longer available.
Use cases
- Find a weekly research report by its workflow name.
- Download a chart created by an automatic run.
- Review an email's supporting analysis in the originating run.
Limitations and disclosures
Keep local copies of important files. Downloading a file does not share its workflow for editing or create a public run link. Review a file for personal portfolio information before sharing the downloaded copy yourself.
